摘 要:通过对比化妆品分别进行3种不同中和处理后的测试结果,研究防腐效能测试过程中稀释液(中和剂)的选择,为化妆品防腐效能测试方法提供参考。结果表明:3种常用稀释液(中和剂)的防腐效能测试数据无明显差异,对试验结果的最终判定无影响;3种样品中和处理方式的检测结果差值均不超过0.5个对数单位,在误差许可范围内。By comparing the test results of cosmetic samples with three different neutralization treatments,the selection of diluent(neutralizer)in the process of antimicrobial efficacy test was studied,which provided a reference for the cosmetic antimicrobial efficacy test.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the test data of antimicrobial efficacy test using three kinds of commonly used diluents(neutralizers),which had no influence on the final judgment of the test results.Moreover,differences between detection results of samples with three neutralization treatment methods did not exceed 0.5 logarithmic units,which was within the allowable error tolerance.
