摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中2,4-二氨基苯氧基乙醇盐酸盐含量不确定度评定的数学模型,分析了检测过程中不确定度的来源,对不确定度进行了评定。结果显示该物质含量的相对合成标准不确定度为0.0027%,相对扩展不确定度为0.0054%。该评定为验证测量结果的可信程度提供依据。The mathematical model of uncertainty for concentration determination of 2,4-diaminophenoxyethanol HCl in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established.The sources of uncertainty in the determination process were analyzed and the uncertainty was evaluated.The relative combined standard uncertainty was 0.0027%and the relative extended uncertainty was 0.0054%.The evaluation provides a basic for verifying the reliability of measurement results.
