摘　　要：随着政策的出台,新的化妆品成分备案审批需出具充分的科学证据来验证其功效的可靠性。有很多关于化妆品功效评价的文献,但聚焦于新成分的功效评价的文献较少。在未来随着新成分的不断被发现、合成,新原料的功效评价方法逐渐发挥重要作用。本文综述了在抗氧化、抗衰老、舒敏抗炎等方面的动物替代试验功效评价方法。With the introduction of policy,the approval of new cosmetic ingredient filings requires sufficient scientific evidence to verify the reliability of its efficacy.There are lots of literatures on cosmetic efficacy evaluation,but few of them is focusing on the efficacy evaluation of new ingredients.In the future,with the discovery and synthesis of new cosmetic ingredients,the efficacy evaluation methods of new ingredients would gradually play an important role.The efficacy detection methods of animal substitution experiment such as anti-oxidation,anti-aging,soothing and anti-inflammatory were reviewed in this study.
