摘 要:核电厂用冷却剂泵是抗震Ⅰ类物项,为保证核电机组的运行安全,必须对其进行抗震分析.本研究以核电厂用冷却剂泵为研究对象,根据实际工况建立有限元分析模型,得到冷却剂泵的固有频率及振型,同时计算出冷却剂泵在自重、内压与地震等多种载荷作用下的应力及变形,并按照《RCC-M压水堆核岛机械设备设计和建造规则》对计算结果进行评定.结果表明,该冷却剂泵的设计满足规范要求,应力及变形均小于允许极限值.In order to ensure the operational safety of nuclear power plants,seismic analysis of coolant pump( seismic category Ⅰ) used in nuclear power plants must be done. This paper focuses on coolant pump used in nuclear power plants,establishes the finite element analysis model based on real work conditions,and finally obtains the natural frequency and modal shapes of coolant pump. The model calculates the stress and the deformation under the combined loads,including dead weight,internal pressure and earthquake,and makes an evaluation on the calculation results according to the RCC-M specification. The results show that both the stress and the deformation are within the allowable limits,and the design of coolant pump meets the seismic requirements for the equipment.
