摘  要:我国核电建设正处于快速发展阶段,而核电站运行的可靠性、经济性是核电站设计的重要原则。作为核电站重要部分的常规岛,其安全可靠运行亦至关重要。汽水管道流动加速腐蚀(FAc)一直是影响核电常规岛可靠运行的重要问题,本文结合FAc现象的产生机理和特征,分析影响FAc的影响因素,通过对常规岛主要汽水管道材料的选取、管道规格的选择、管道布置设计及给水pH的控制等方面进行分析研究,给出在设计阶段应对FAc的策略,对于核电常规岛设计具有借鉴意义。China s nuclear power plant construction is in a stage of rapid development,and the reliability and economy of nuclear power plant operation are important principles of nuclear power plant design.As an important part of nuclear power plant,the safe and reliable operation of conventional island is also very important.The flow accelerated corrosion(FAc)of the steam water pipeline has always been an important problem affecting the reliable operation of the conventional island of nuclear power plant.Combined with the generation mechanism and characteristics of the FAc phenomenon,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of FAc,and analyzes and studies the selection of main steam water pipeline materials,selection of pipeline specifications,pipeline layout design and control of feedwater pH value in the conventional island,The strategy to deal with FAc in the design stage is given,which has reference significance for the design of the conventional island of nuclear powerplant.
