摘　　要：以系统化培训方法为理论依据,设计构建标准化题库,实现对试题的开发、使用和维护统一的科学管理。在高质量的试题以及结构合理的题库基础上,提出优质的组卷策略和高效的成卷算法。不仅有利于提高对试题属性和质量的管控能力,并通过收集试题历次使用得到的分析数据,对试题进行动态的有效性维护,真正实现有评估反馈环节的闭环管理。Based on the theoretical basis of the systematic approach to training(SAT),the standardized test bank is designed and established to achieve the unified scientific management of development,use and maintenance of test items.On the basis of the standardized test bank,the paper gets a high quality maneuver of test paper composition and the efficient test paper formation algorithm.It is not only beneficial to improve the ability to control the attributes and quality of the test items,but also to dynamically maintain the effectiveness of the test items by collecting the analysis data obtained from the previous use of the test items,so as to truly realize the closed-loop management with evaluation feedback.
