摘 要:该文通过实验分析了浆料纤维的种类、浆料纤维配比等因素对滤纸结构性能和过滤性能的影响,研究了不同打浆度下滤纸性能的变化,寻求提高常规过滤性能的较优条件,以期获得高质量、更适用的滤材。实验结果表明提高滤纸过滤性能的较优条件是:在相同打浆度下,纤维种类上选择丝光浆纤维;打浆度控制在22°SR;针叶木浆与阔叶木浆质量配比为50%∶50%;选择的浆料纤维越细,滤纸过滤效率越高,精度越准。In this paper,the effects of the kinds of pulp fiber and the proportion of pulp fiber on the structure and filtering performance of filter paper are analyzed through experiments,in order to obtain high quality and more suitable filter material,the optimum conditions for improving the performance of conventional filter are sought.The results show that the optimum conditions for improving the filter paper filtration performance are as follows:under the same beating degree,the mercerized fiber is selected,the beating degree is controlled at 22°SR,the ratio of softwood pulp to hardwood pulp is 50%∶50%,the finer the fiber is,the higher the filtration efficiency,the more accurate.
