粉煤灰纤维的改性及其与废纸浆配抄纸和纸板的研究

摘  要:以粉煤灰为原料,通过聚乙烯醇改性剂对粉煤灰纤维进行改性,再将改性后的粉煤灰纤维与废纸浆配抄纸和纸板,通过几组实验对比了粉煤灰改性纤维配抄纸和纸板的结果,得到最佳的工艺条件:当粉煤灰改性纤维与废纸浆配抄纸张时,纸页的物理性能呈现不同程度的降低,将粉煤灰改性纤维加入量控制在质量分数15%左右是比较合理的;当粉煤灰改性纤维与废纸浆配抄纸板时,能够明显提高纸板紧度和环压强度,将粉煤灰改性纤维加入量控制在质量分数20%为宜,且废纸浆打浆度控制在30°SR时纸板物理性能呈现最佳状态。Fly Ash is used as raw material,the fly ash fiber is modified by polyvinyl alcohol modifier,and then the modified fly ash fiber is mixed with waste paper pulp to make paper and paperboard,through several experiments,the results of fly ash modified fiber blending paper and paperboard were compared,and the optimum technological conditions were obtained:when fly ash modified fiber and waste paper pulp were blended paper,the physical properties of paper were decreased in different degrees,it is reasonable to control the content of fly ash modified fiber about 15%,when fly ash modified fiber is mixed with waste paper pulp to make paperboard,the compactness and the ring compression strength of paperboard can be improved obviously,the addition of fly ash modified fiber should be controlled at 20%,and the physical properties of paperboard are best when the beating degree of waste paper pulp is controlled at 30°SR.
