摘 要:目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合甘草锌、消旋卡多曲治疗小儿感染性腹泻的效果。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月收治的90例感染性腹泻患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组给予甘草锌、消旋卡多曲治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片。比较两组患者的治疗效果、肠道微生态菌群、炎性因子、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平及症状缓解时间。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量多于对照组,肠球菌、肠杆菌、拟杆菌数量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的核因子-κB(NF-κB)、白细胞介素-7(IL-7)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的IFN-γ、SAA、TGF-β水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的退热时间、呕吐消失时间、止泻时间及脱水纠正时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合甘草锌、消旋卡多曲治疗小儿感染性腹泻效果显著,有利于改善患儿肠道微生态,抑制肠道炎症反应,提高机体免疫能力,从而缩短临床症状缓解时间,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets combined with licorice zinc and racecadotril in the treatment of infectious diarrhea in children. Methods A total of 90 children with infectious diarrhea admitted from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with licorice zinc and racecadotril, and the observation group was additionally treated with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, intestinal microecological flora, inflammatory factors,interferon-γ(IFN-γ), serum amyloid A(SAA), transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) levels and symptom relief time of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%, which was higher than 77.78% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, the quantities of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the observation group were more than those in the control group, while the quantities of Enterococcus, Enterobacter and Bacteroides were less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB), interleukin-7(IL-7),interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-17(IL-17) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of IFN-γ, SAA and TGF-β in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The fever abatement time, vomiting disappearance time, diarrhea stopping time and dehydration correction time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion
