平衡针法联合中医手法推拿治疗肩周炎的临床效果及对患者肩关节活动功能、PGE2、TGF-β1、BK水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨平衡针法联合中医手法推拿治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月我科门诊收治的84例肩周炎患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用中医手法推拿治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合平衡针法治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肩关节外旋、内旋、外展、内收及伸展活动度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))、缓激肽(BK)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论平衡针法联合中医手法推拿治疗肩周炎能有效提高治疗效果,促进患者肩关节活动功能改善,也能下调PGE_(2)、TGF-β_(1)、BK水平,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of balance acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods A total of 84 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted in outpatient of our department from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine massage, and the observation group was treated with balance acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the range of motion of shoulder joint external rotation, internal rotation, abduction, adduction and extension in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2)), transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1)) and bradykinin(BK) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The balanced acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis can effectively improve the treatment effect, promote the improvement of shoulder joint activity function, and also down regulate PGE_(2), TGF-β_(1)and BK levels, which is worthy of promotion.
