摘　　要：不安腿综合征的发病与肝、脾、心、肾关系密切,其主要病机可概括为肝不藏血,筋失濡养,魂不守舍;心气血不足,血脉痹阻,心神不宁;脾胃虚弱,气血生化无源,肌肉失养;肾精亏虚,髓海不足,骨失所养。临证若见心脾两虚证,方用归脾汤加减;若见痰浊阻滞证,方用十味温胆汤加减;若见心阳不通证,方用桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤加减;若见阴血亏虚证,方用酸枣仁汤加减;若见肾精不足证,方用健步虎潜丸加减;若见热毒阻络证,方用四妙勇安汤加减。The onset of restless legs syndrome(RLS) is closely related to the relationship between the Liver,Spleen,Heart,and Kidney.Its main pathogenesis can be summarized as Liver dysfunction in storing blood,ill nourishment on tendons and Soul going out of Liver.Insufficiency of heart Qi and Blood,obstruction of blood vessels,and restlessness of mind,weakness of Spleen and Stomach,transformation shortage of Qi and Blood,and muscle malnutrition,Kidney Essence deficiency,marrow insufficiency,and bone malnutrition.If there is a deficiency of the Heart and Spleen in clinical syndrome,the prescription can be modified Guipi Decoction.If there is a syndrome of Phlegm-turbid stagnation,the prescription should be modified Shiwei Wendan Decoction.If there is a syndrome of Xinyang stagnation,modified Guizhi plus Longgu Muli Decoction can be used.If there is a syndrome of deficiency of Yin and Blood,modified Suanzaoren Decoction should be applied.If there is a syndrome of Kidney Essence insufficient,modified Jianbu Huqian Pill can be used.If there is a syndrome of heat toxin blocking collaterals,modified Simiao Yong′an Decoction would be fine.
