摘　　要：张震教授认为风邪为慢性荨麻疹致病的主要因素,贯穿疾病始终,脾与发病密切相关。指出本病以血虚风燥和脾虚湿蕴为基本证型,治疗着眼于风、湿,血虚风燥治以养血活血,祛风止痒兼以健脾;脾虚湿蕴治以健脾养血,祛风止痒。基于方剂配伍规律,借鉴药理学研究成果,拟定治疗慢性荨麻疹专方止痒消荨汤。全方由当归、丹参、牡丹皮、赤芍、紫草、茯苓、薏苡仁、荆芥、防风、白鲜皮、桑白皮、甘草组成。随症加减,使全方达到“对病、对证、对症”的三对应关系,以增强治疗的针对性。配合外治法使用,提高治疗效果,同时应注意饮食调摄。Professor Zhang Zhen has abundant experience in treating chronic urticaria with therapeutic effects and he believes that Wind pathogen is the main pathogenic factor,which runs through the whole process of the disease,and the Spleen is closely related to the pathogenesis.It is pointed out that the basic syndromes of this disease are Blood deficiency and Wind dryness and Spleen deficiency and Dampness accumulation.The treatment of it should focus on Wind and Dampness.For blood deficiency and Wind-Dryness the treatment should be nourishing and activating blood circulation,dispelling Wind to remove itching and strengthening Spleen.For Spleen deficiency and Dampness accumulation the treatment should be strengthening Spleen and nourishing blood to dispel Wind and stop itching.Based on the prescription compatibility rules and pharmacological research results,a special prescription in treatment of chronic urticarial,namely,Zhiyang Xiaoxun Decoction,was formulated.The prescription is composed of Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae),Mudanpi(Cortex Moutan Radicis),Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra),Zicao(Radix Arnebiae),Fuling(Poria),Yiyiren(Semen Coicis),Jingjie(Herba Schizonepetae),Fangfeng(Radix Saposhnikoviae),Baixianpi(Cortex Dictamni),Sangbaipi(Cortex Mori),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae).Drugs can be modified according to the syndrome,so as to achieve the corresponding relationships among "disease,syndrome and symptom" and enhance the pertinence of treatment.Combined with external treatment,the therapeutic effect can be further improved,and the diet adjustment should also be paid attention to.
