崔书克运用“六经辨病,方证对应”辨治不寐

摘　　要：崔书克教授溯源伤寒,结合临床,提出“六经辨病,病证相应,证方一体,方药对证”诊疗思维。六经辨病思维即先诊断疾病,不外太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、少阴、厥阴六病;再辨别方证,寻找方证对应线索。治疗不寐当从虚实两个方面辨证论治,以补虚泻实,调和阴阳为主要治疗原则。实证当泻其有余,若邪火扰神,应泻其火热;若瘀血阻滞,应活血化瘀;若痰扰心神,应豁痰开窍。虚证则以补其不足为主,如补益心脾,益气养血,滋补肝肾等。在此基础上,也可根据病情酌加安神的药物,如镇惊安神药、养血安神药、清心安神药等。By tracing the source of typhoid fever and combining clinical practice,Professor Cui Shuke puts forward the diagnosis and treatment thinking of "disease differentiation with six meridians as well as disease and syndrome correspondence,integration of syndrome and prescription as well as prescription and syndrome matching".The disease-diagnosis thinking of six meridians means to diagnose the disease first,which is nothing more than six diseases of Taiyang,Yangming,Shaoyang,Taiyin,Shaoyin,and Jueyin,then to identify the prescription and look for the corresponding clues of the prescription.Treatment of insomnia should be based on syndrome differentiation from the two aspects of deficiency and excessiveness,and the main treatment principle is replenishing deficiency and reducing excessiveness as well as reconciling Yin and Yang.For the excess syndrome,the method is mainly to expel its excessiveness.If the Evil Fire disturbs the Spirit,the Fire should be expelled.If static blood is blocked,the method should be activating blood circulaton.If the Phlegm disturbs the mind,the Phlegm should be removed and inducing resuscitation.For deficiency syndrome,the method is mainly to make up for its insufficiency,such as nourishing the Heart and Spleen,nourishing Qi and Blood as well as nourishing the Liver and Kidney.Based on this,tranquilizers can also be added accordingly,such as panic tranquilizers,blood-nourishing tranquilizers and Heart Fire-clearing tranquilizers.
