摘　　要：津血是人体生命活动的物质基础,生理状态下津血同源,相互为用,保持着动态平衡。病理状态下,津血输布、转化不利,则化为痰、饮、水、湿、瘀,表现为血水同病。血水同病是肾病综合征水肿的核心病机,其中血病与水病常同时存在,相互累及,倘若血水不得正化,又将影响脏腑气化功能,周而复始,胶着难愈。提倡临床治疗肾病综合征水肿辨病与辨证结合,以补益脾肾为基本治则,血水同治为核心治则,与激素联合应用,分期论治。Fluid and Blood are the material basis of human life activities.In physiological conditions,they share the same origin and are mutually used,and maintain dynamic balance.In pathological conditions,the distribution and transformation of blood and Fluid are unsmooth,which would cause Phlegm stagnation,Fluid retention,Water,Dampness,and Stasis,which is manifested as the simultaneous blood and water syndromes.The simultaneous blood and water syndromes is the core pathogenesis of nephrotic syndrome edema,in which Blood disease and Water disease often exist at the same time and are mutually involved.If the blood and water cannot be normalized,it will affect the Qi-transforming function of the Zang-Fu organs,which goes on repeatedly and is difficult to recover.Advocating the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation in the clinical treatment of nephrotic syndrome edema,with the basic principle of nourishing the Spleen and Kidney,the core treatment principle of treating Blood and Water together,combined with hormones,and treated by stages.
