俞募穴速刺对儿童孤独症谱系障碍临床核心症状的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察俞募穴速刺治疗儿童孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)的临床疗效及其对临床核心症状的影响。方法:60例ASD患儿随机平均分为观察组(俞募穴加头针)及对照组(头针)。所有患儿治疗前均根据实际情况给予常规康复治疗,观察组给予俞募穴速刺配合头针治疗,对照组仅接受头针治疗,所有患儿均治疗12周。比较两组患儿治疗6周、12周孤独症程度评定量表(childhood autism rating scale,CARS)、孤独症儿童行为量表(autism behavior checklist,ABC)、孤症治疗评估量表(autism treatment evaluation checklist,ATEC)评分及临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率为90.00%,对照组有效率为63.33%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗12周后CARS评分、ABC评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗6周、12周后ATEC评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:俞募穴速刺治疗ASD可降低各量表评分,有效改善ASD的核心症状,且无明显不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of rapid needling at Shu Acupoint and Mu acupoint in treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD) and its effect on clinical core symptoms.Methods:60 children with ASD were randomly and equally divided into the observation group(Shumu acupoint plus scalp acupuncture) and the control group(scalp acupuncture).Before treatment,all the children were given routine rehabilitation therapy according to the actual situation.The observation group was given rapid needling at Shumu and scalp acupuncture,while the control group only received scalp acupuncture.All the children were treated for 12 weeks.The childhood autism rating scale(CARS),autism behavior checklist(ABC),and autism treatment evaluation checklist,(ATEC) and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups after 6 and 12 weeks of treatment.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,and the effective rate of the control group was 63.33%.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the CARS score and ABC score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ATEC score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 6 and 12 weeks of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid needling at Shu acupoint and Mu acupoint in treatment of ASD can reduce the scores on various scales and effectively improve the core symptoms of ASD without obvious adverse reactions.
