摘 要:通过对年检过程中发现的一起220 kV避雷器法兰压板锈蚀案例进行深入分析推演,确认原因:一是由于避雷器安装了与上接线盖板螺栓丝孔规格不匹配的导线线夹,导致雨水从敞开的螺栓丝孔进入避雷器内部;二是防爆膜上方未设置防雨封板,且水平高度低于法兰压板,形成积水凹槽后法兰压板锈蚀,导致防爆膜承压破裂后避雷器发生击穿。针对上述情况,提出工作建议,提升设备可靠性。Through in-depth analysis and inference of a case of corrosion of flange plate of 220 kV lightning arrester,two reasons have been identified. One is that the arrester is equipped with a wire clamp that does not match the specifications of the screw hole of the upper wiring cover bolt,which causes rainwater to enter the lightning arrester from the open bolt thread hole;the other is as follows:No rainproof sealing plate is set above the bursting diaphragm,and its horizontal height is lower than that of the flange pressure plate;water groove formed,the flange pressure plate is corroded,leading to the breakdown of the lightning arrester because pressure results in the bursting diaphragm rupture. In view of the above,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the reliability of the equipment.
