摘  要:某供电公司农网改造项目环形混凝土电杆发生断裂倒杆情况,从现场抽取了4根环形混凝土电杆,从外观质量、钢筋骨架分布、保护层厚度、混凝土强度、混凝土碳化层深度、钢筋抗拉强度等方面进行试验和分析,最终得出结论是因环形混凝土电杆受力钢筋原材料力学性能不合格、制作工艺控制不当以及恶劣天气环境等综合因素导致电杆断裂倒杆,为了加强电杆质量检测工作,对今后的生产、施工、运行维护各专业提出了相关建议以提升环形混凝土电杆制造质量,保障配电网的安全稳定运行。The annular concrete electric pole broke and fell of a power supply company’s rural power grid renovation project. This paper selects four annular concrete poles from the site,and then conducts testing and analysis from the aspects of appearance quality,reinforcement skeleton distribution,protective layer thickness,concrete strength,concrete carbonation layer depth,reinforcement tensile strength and so on. Finally,the paper comes to the conclusion that due to the composite factors such as unqualified mechanical properties of the reinforced material of the annular concrete electric pole,improper production process control and bad weather environment,the electric pole breaks and falls. In order to strengthen the quality inspection of electric poles,the paper also puts forward some suggestions for future production,construction,operation and maintenance so as to improve the manufacturing quality of annular concrete electric poles and ensure the safe and stable operation of distribution networks.
