导生组会互动:作用机理及激励策略——基于互动仪式链理论的视角

摘　　要：组会作为一种师门之间,导师与研究生围绕科研活动展开的会议汇报机制,在研究生培养过程中发挥重要作用。微观社会学的互动仪式链理论为分析组会互动的机理提供了新的研究视角。在互动仪式链理论的透视下组会可被视作一种互动仪式。其作用机理体现在,微观情境和身体在场:组会互动启动的先决条件;共同焦点与共享情感:组会互动进行的核心要素;群体符号与群体团结:组会互动维系的重要支撑。基于此,可以尝试优化监督机制,保障组会互动情境的规范性;激发情感共鸣,构建组会互动氛围的融洽感;重塑文化符号,打造组会互动群体的凝聚力三方面激励导生组会互动,以期实现导生组会互动的和谐进行,构建新型良好的导学关系。As a meeting-reporting mechanism between mentors and postgraduate students for the purpose of scientific research activities,the association plays an important role in the process of postgraduate study.The Interaction Ritual Chain Theory of micro-sociology provides a new research perspective for analyzing the mechanism of group interaction,from which,group meeting can be regarded as an interactive ritual.Its mechanism of action is as follows:microcosmic situation and physical presence as the condition precedent of group interaction;common focus and shared emotion as its core elements;group symbol and solidarity as its important support.Based on this,the supervision mechanism is to be optimized to ensure the standardization of group meeting interaction situation,emotional resonance stimulated for a harmonious atmosphere of group interaction,cultural symbols remodeled for the cohesion of it,so as to encourage group interaction for a new and good guiding relationship.
