摘  要:通过解读国家标准GB/T 36547-2018《电化学储能系统接入电网技术规定》和GB/T 36548-2018《电化学储能系统接入电网测试规范》中具体检测项目,研究分析了储能电站现场测试技术及流程,并形成现场检测方案。研究结果表明,检测方案仅需对测试系统进行一次设定及实施即可连续完成11项内容的测试,降低了现场工作复杂程度,提高了工作效率,并且累计可节省现场工作时间40%以上。研究成果提高了电化学储能系统接入电网现场检测的效率和可操作性,为工程技术人员进行储能电站现场检测和运维提供技术支撑。By interpreting the specific test items in the national standards GB/T 36547-2018 Technical rule for electrochemical energy storage system(EESS)connected to power grid and GB/T 36548-2018 Test specification for electrochemical energy storage system connected to power grid,the field test process of energy storage power station was studied and analyzed.The results showed that the test program could continuously complete the test of 11 items only by setting once of test system,which reduced the complexity of field work,improved test efficiency,and could save more than 40%of field test time.The research results greatly improved the efficiency and operability of field test of electrochemical energy storage system connected to power grid,and provided technical support for engineers and technicians to carry out field test,operation and maintenance of energy storage power station.
