摘 要:目的研究糖尿病患者行臂丛神经阻滞麻醉起效和恢复时间与非糖尿病患者之间的差异性。方法于2021年7—12月该院接受臂丛神经阻滞的患者中,随机抽取糖尿病患者35例作为观察组,随机抽取非糖尿病患者35例作为对照组,对比两组神经阻滞效果。结果观察组运动神经阻滞起效时间(9.48±1.67)min短于对照组、观察组运动神经阻滞恢复时间(345.73±32.74)min较对照组延长;观察组尺神经阻滞起效时间(8.17±1.14)min、桡神经阻滞起效时间(4.15±0.83)min、正中神经阻滞起效时间(6.43±1.25)min均短于对照组;观察组尺神经阻滞恢复时间(287.60±34.58)min、桡神经阻滞恢复时间(260.29±32.45)min、正中神经阻滞恢复时间(281.34±36.50)min均长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组血压、血氧饱和度以及心率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者行臂丛神经阻滞起效时间较非糖尿病患者更快,恢复时间明显延长。因此行臂丛神经阻滞时可视情况适当降低用药剂量,可满足手术条件,且加快术后苏醒速度。Objective To study the difference between the onset and recovery time of brachial plexus block anesthesia in diabetic patients and non-diabetic patients.Methods Among the patients who received brachial plexus block in the hospital from July to December 2021,35 diabetic patients were randomly selected as the observation group,and 35 non-diabetic patients were randomly selected as the control group to compare the effect of nerve block between the two groups.Results The motor nerve block onset time in the observation group was(9.48±1.67)min,shorter than that in the control group,the motor nerve block recovery time in the observation group was(345.73±32.74)min,which was longer than that in the control group;the onset time of the ulnar nerve block in the observation group was(8.17±1.14)min,the onset time of the radial nerve block was(4.15±0.83)min,and the onset time of the median nerve was(6.43±1.25)min,which were all shorter than those of the control group;the recovery time of the ulnar nerve block in the observation group was(287.60±34.58)min,the recovery time of the radial nerve block was(260.29±32.45)min,and the recovery time of the median nerve block was(281.34±36.50)min,which were all longer than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Brachial plexus block in diabetic patients has a faster onset time and longer recovery time than non-diabetic patients.Therefore,when brachial plexus block is performed,the dosage of the drug can be appropriately reduced according to the situation,which can meet the surgical conditions and speed up the postoperative recovery speed.
