空腹血糖、糖耐受、血清三酰甘油生化检验在糖尿病诊断中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨空腹血糖、糖耐受、血清三酰甘油生化检验在糖尿病诊断中的临床应用。方法选取2020年8月—2021年6月64例糖尿病患者设为观察组;选取同时期64名健康体检者作为对照组,均接受空腹血糖、糖耐受及血清甘油检测,分析其诊断价值。结果观察组患者空腹血糖、糖耐受、血清三酰甘油指标分别为(9.44±4.21)、(13.95±3.26)、(2.34±1.06)mmol/L,显著高于对照组的(5.21±1.22)、(6.35±1.45)、(1.32±0.25)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。空腹血糖、糖耐受、血清三酰甘油联合检出率高于单项检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检测异常率低于单个检测异常率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论空腹血糖、糖耐受、血清三酰甘油生化检验在糖尿病诊断中的临床应用价值高,可推广。Objective To investigate the clinical application of fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance,and serum triglyceride biochemical tests in the diagnosis of diabetes.Methods From August 2020 to June 2021,64 diabetic patients were selected as the observation group;64 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group,and all received fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance and serum glycerol tests to analyze their diagnostic value.Results The fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance,serum triglyceride of patients in the observation group were(9.44±4.21)mmol/L,(13.95±3.26)mmol/L,and(2.34±1.06)mmol/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than the control group(5.21±1.22)mmol/L,(6.35±1.45)mmol/L,(1.32±0.25)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The combined detection rate of fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance and serum triglyceride was higher than the single detection rate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of joint detection was lower than that of single detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance,and serum triglyceride biochemical tests have high clinical application value in the diagnosis of diabetes and can be promoted.
