责任制护理在进行血液透析的糖尿病肾病患者护理有效性探讨

摘　　要：目的探析糖尿病肾病血液透析患者采取责任制护理措施进行干预的效果。方法选择该院2018年1月—2021年1月收治的82例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采取血液透析进行治疗,按照随机数字分组的原则分为对照组(n=41)、观察组(n=41),对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上,联合责任制护理,对比两组患者的生活质量评分及负面情绪的变化。结果和对照组相比,观察组总体健康评分、社会功能、情感功能、生理功能及精神健康等生活质量评分明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病血液透析患者采取责任制护理措施进行干预能明显提升整体的生活质量,改善不良情绪,使患者能以积极的心态面对治疗,从而改善整体治疗预后。Objective To explore the effect of taking responsibility system nursing measures to intervene in diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 82 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were treated with hemodialysis and were divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41)according to the principle of random number grouping,the control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given responsibility-based nursing on the basis of the control group,and the quality of life scores and changes in negative emotions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the overall health score,social function,emotional function,physiological function and mental health and other quality of life scores of the observation group were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention with responsible nursing measures for diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients can significantly improve the overall quality of life,improve negative emotions,and enable patients to face treatment with a positive attitude.Thereby improving the overall treatment prognosis.
