摘 要:目的研究糖尿病门诊健康教育在糖尿病健康教育中的应用价值。方法选择2020年1月—2021年6月该院门诊接收的糖尿病患者98例。按照随机抽样分组法分为参比组、研究组,各49例。参比组采用常规健康教育干预,研究组采用糖尿病门诊健康教育干预。分析两组糖尿病患者干预后的糖尿病相关知识了解情况、血糖指标水平、治疗依从性、教育满意度。结果研究组糖尿病相关知识了解情况优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血糖指标水平低于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗依从性高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教育满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对糖尿病患者进行健康教育时,应用糖尿病门诊健康教育能丰富患者糖尿病相关知识,降低血糖指标水平,提高教育满意度,建议为研究疾病患者教育时使用。Objective To study the application value of diabetes outpatient health education in diabetes health education.Methods A total of 98 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital's outpatient clinic from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected.According to random sampling method,they were divided into reference group and study group,with 49 cases in each group.The reference group used routine health education intervention,and the study group used diabetes outpatient health education intervention.The understanding of diabetes-related knowledge,blood glucose index levels,treatment compliance,and education satisfaction in two groups of diabetic patients after intervention were analyzed.Results The understanding of diabetes-related knowledge in the study group was better than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood glucose index level of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment compliance of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the educational satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the health education of diabetic patients,the application of diabetes outpatient health education can enrich the diabetes-related knowledge of patients,reduce the level of blood glucose indicators,and improve education satisfaction.It is recommended to be used in the education of patients with diseases.
