血塞通胶囊结合α-硫辛酸治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变患者疗效及血清TNF-α、IL-1β水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病周围神经病变患者实行血塞通胶囊结合α-硫辛酸治疗的疗效及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平的影响。方法以2019年10月—2021年10月于该院治疗的80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,按照患者就诊顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组采用α-硫辛酸治疗,研究组采用血塞通胶囊结合α-硫辛酸治疗,对比两组血清TNF-α、IL-1β水平及治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗6周、治疗12周TNF-α、IL-1β水平较对照组均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗有效率95.00%明显高于对照组77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变患者实行血塞通胶囊结合α-硫辛酸治疗,可提升治疗有效率,降低患者血清TNF-α、IL-1β的表达,保证安全治疗,实践价值较高。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Xuesaitong capsule combined withα-lipoic acid and the effect of serum Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)levels in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy who were treated in the hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into a control group and a study group to the order of visits,with 40 cases in each group.α-lipoic acid treatment was given in the control group,and Xuesaitong capsule combined withα-lipoic acid treatment was given in the study group.The serum levels of TNF-αand IL-1βand the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of TNF-αand IL-1βin the study group were lower than those in the control group after 6 weeks of treatment and 12 weeks after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effective rate 95.00%of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group 77.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Xuesaitong capsule combined withα-lipoic acid in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can improve the treatment efficiency,reduce the expression of serum TNF-αand IL-1β,ensure safe treatment,and has high practical value.
