摘 要:目的探讨免散瞳超广角视网膜成像系统快速大规模筛查糖尿病视网膜病变研究。方法回顾性分析2020年12月—2021年6月在该院眼科进行糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)筛查的120例患者的临床资料,观察组采用免散瞳超广角成像系统检查,对照组45°(33°小瞳孔拍摄模式)自动免散瞳眼底照相机检查,对比两组DR筛查效果、DR分级。结果观察组无明显DR有78例,DR有37例,无法判读有5例,对照组无明显DR有75例,DR有34例,无法判读有11例,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组DR分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论免散瞳超广角视网膜成像系统与免散瞳两个视野45°数码成像系统筛查结果高度一致,是DR筛查的有效方法。Objective To investigate the rapid and large-scale screening of diabetic retinopathy with non-mydriatic ultra-wide-angle retinal imaging system.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients who were screened for diabetic retinopathy(DR)in the ophthalmology department of the hospital from December 2020 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The observation group was examined with a non-mydriatic ultra-wide-angle imaging system,the control group was examined a 45°(33°small pupil shooting mode)automatic non-mydriatic fundus camera.The DR screening effect and DR grading were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,there were 78 cases of no obvious DR,37 cases of DR,and 5 cases could not be interpreted,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At the same time,there was no statistically significant difference in the DR classification between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The screening results of the non-mydriatic ultra-wide-angle retinal imaging system and the non-mydriatic two-field 45°digital imaging system are highly consistent,and it is an effective method for DR screening.
