摘　　要：百年来,在伟大中国共产党的正确领导下,中国形成了具有强大制度优势和持续发展动力的高等教育现代化之路。中国高等教育现代化历经新民主主义时期的探索实践、新中国成立初期的砥砺前行、全面改革开放后的持续推进和新时代以来中国特色高等教育现代化发展等演进历程,目前已经建成了世界上规模最大的高等教育体系,实现了高等教育为国育才,引领社会发展的历史使命。中国高等教育现代化在演进逻辑上始终坚持以人民为中心,服务社会主义现代化建设,不断提升其质量水平,并不断构建具有中国特色的高等教育话语体系。中国高等教育现代化发展是中国特色社会主义现代化建设的重要内容,不仅立足本国国情,彰显本国特色,取得了举世瞩目的成就,而且也能为推进全球高等教育现代化和人类文明进步事业提供中国智慧和中国方案。In the past hundred years,under the correct leadership of the great Communist Party of China,China's higher education modernization road has taken shape with strong institutional advantages and sustainable development momentum.On the way of its modernization,China's higher education has experienced the exploration practice in the new-democratic period,the forging-ahead struggle in the period of the founding of new China,the continuous progress in the overall reform and opening-up period,and the development with Chinese characteristics since the new era.So far,a higher education system of the largest scale in the world has been built and made its contribution in training talents for the country and leading social development.And in the evolutionary logic,the modernization of higher education in China always adheres to the people-centered approach,serves the socialist modernization,constantly improves its quality level,and constructs a discourse system of higher education with Chinese characteristics.The modernization of higher education in China as an important part of the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics has made remarkable achievements based on its national conditions,highlighted its own characteristics,and provided Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for promoting the modernization of global higher education and the progress of human civilization.
