摘　　要：在严密控制社会面的警察巡逻勤务中,盘查可疑人员、可疑车辆是一项重要的工作内容。通过盘问和检查,识别、判断犯罪嫌疑人的身份,检查涉嫌车辆和物品,查验居民身份证等方式,发现其犯罪事实和证据,对现行犯罪人员、重大犯罪嫌疑人员或者在逃的案犯,就能够依法先行拘留或者采取其他强制措施提供必要的支撑,因此,公安民警要加强盘查的技战术训练并注意盘查的程序规范。In the police patrol duties that strictly control the social aspect,the investigation of suspicious persons and suspicious vehicles is an important work content.Through cross—examination and inspection,identify and judge the identity of criminal suspects,check suspected vehicles and items,check resident ID cards,and discover criminal facts and evidence.For current criminals,major criminal suspects or fugitive criminals,they can proceed in accordance with the law.detention or other coercive measures.The public security police should strengthen the technical and tactical training of interrogation,and pay attention to the procedures and norms of interrogation on patrol.
