摘 要:以过硫酸铵为引发剂,制备壳聚糖(CS)和丙烯酸(AA)的接枝共聚物(CS-g-PAA),采用静电纺丝技术将其制备成纤维膜,考察不同接枝率、电纺溶液浓度、直流电压对电纺纤维的影响,用红外光谱、扫描电镜对共聚物和纤维膜的结构进行表征,测试该纤维对Cu ^(2+)、Cd ^(2+)离子的吸附性能。实验结果表明,接枝率越高电纺纤维形貌越好,相对最佳电纺条件为溶液质量分数15%和电纺电压11 kV;CS-g-PAA电纺纤维膜对Cu ^(2+)、Cd ^(2+)的吸附量相比CS提高了25.39%和82.28%,相比CS-g-PAA其吸附速度更快,但其饱和吸附容量比较接近。Using ammonium persulfate as the initiator,a graft copolymer(CS-g-PAA)of chitosan(CS)and acrylic acid(AA)is prepared into fiber membranes by electrospinning technology.The effects of different grafting rates,electrospinning solution concentration,and DC voltage on electrospinning fibers are investigated.The structure of the copolymer and fiber membrane is characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope,and the adsorption properties of the fiber to Cu ^(2+)and Cd ^(2+)ions are tested.The electrospinning experiment of CS-g-PAA shows that the higher the grafting rate is,the better the morphology of the electrospun fiber is,and the relative optimal electrospinning conditions are the solution mass fraction of 15%and the voltage of 11 kV.Compared with CS,the adsorption capacity of CS-g-PAA electrospun fiber membrane for Cu ^(2+)and Cd ^(2+)is increased by 25.39%and 82.28%;compared with CS-g-PAA,its adsorption speed is faster,but the saturated adsorption capacity is relatively close.
