小儿咳喘灵颗粒联合西药治疗小儿咳嗽痰热壅肺证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿咳喘灵颗粒联合西药治疗小儿痰热壅肺型咳嗽的疗效。方法:根据随机数字表法将88例咳嗽患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组给予头孢克洛干混悬剂、盐酸丙卡特罗口服溶液治疗,观察组在对照组所用西药的基础上给予小儿咳喘灵颗粒治疗。2组均治疗10 d。比较2组患儿的症状体征消失时间,治疗前、治疗10 d后的痰热壅肺证症状评分及治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗10 d后,观察组和对照组的临床疗效总有效率分别为97.73%、81.82%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、咳痰、发热的消失时间均较对照组缩短(P<0.01)。2组咳嗽、咳痰、发热、口渴、面赤心烦、小便短赤、大便干结评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),观察组7项症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在常规西药干预基础上加服小儿咳喘灵颗粒治疗小儿咳嗽痰热壅肺证效果确切,可有效促进咳嗽、咳痰等症状的好转,缩短治疗时间。Objective:To observe the curative effect of the therapy of Xiao’er Kechuanling granules combined with western medicine on cough of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung type in children.Methods:A total of 88 children with cough were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefaclor dry suspension and procaterol hydrochloride oral solution,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiao’er Kechuanling granules based on the treatment of the western medicine used in the control group.Both groups were treated for 10 days.The disappearance time of cough,expectoration and fever,the symptom scores of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome before treatment and after 10 days of treatment and the clinical effects after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:After 10 days of treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 97.73%in the observation group,and was 81.82%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,expectoration and fever in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of cough,expectoration,fever,thirst,red complexion and vexation,scanty dark urine and dry stool in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapy of Xiao’er Kechuanling granules based on the intervention of routine western medicine has a definite effect on cough with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome in children,which can effectively improve the cough,expectoration and other symptoms,and shorten the treatment time.
