摘　　要：膝关节滑膜炎的形成由外感或内伤引起,且二者可互相影响。叶海教授临床上将膝关节滑膜炎分为寒湿壅遏型、湿热蕴结型、痰瘀痹阻型、脾肾亏虚型及肝肾亏虚型,并分别予以独活寄生汤、苍术白虎汤、夏棱和痹汤、补气荣骨汤及虎潜丸化裁治疗,疗效显著;其治疗主张补益气血贯穿始终,善于药物内外合用,中西并举,并嘱患者动静结合、适度锻炼,治验颇丰。Gonarthromeningitis is caused by external sensation and internal injury,and the two can affect each other.Director YE Hai clinically divides the disease into the type of cold-damp congestion and obstruction,the type of damp-heat accumulation,the type of phlegm and stasis obstruction,the type of spleen-kidney depletion and the type of liver-kidney depletion,and treats it respectively with modified Duhuo Jisheng tang,Cangzhu Baihu tang,Xialeng Hebi tang,Buqi Ronggu tang and Huqian pills,with a significant therapeutic effect.He advocates to tonify qi and blood throughout the treatment,and he is good at combination of internal and external medicine and integration of Chinese and western medicine.And his patients are advised to moderately do both quiescent and dynamic exercises,and he has quite abundant treatment experience.
