摘　　要：皮肤色素减少常发生在儿童期,可表现为先天性或获得性,可泛发或局限。因色素减少可能是某些严重疾病(先天性)的早期征象,所以病史和全面的临床检查(包括伍德氏灯)都非常重要。本文将讨论不同类型的先天性及获得性色素减少性皮肤病的临床诊断及鉴别诊断。Hypopigmentation of the skin is frequently encountered in childhood.Such a presentation can be either congenital or acquired,and generalized or more localized.Considering that hypopigmentation can be an early indication of serious(congenital)conditions,a medical history and thorough clinical examination,including Wood′s light investigation,are important.In this article,the clinical diagnosis,differential diagnosis of different types of congenital and acquired hypopigmentary disorders will be discussed.
