摘  要:目的 利用超声剪切波弹性成像(SWE)技术评估正常成人耻骨直肠肌(PRM)的硬度,探讨其临床意义。方法 分析126例健康受试者PRM的形态,使用SWE技术测量PRM的弹性模量值。结果 所有参与者PRM的厚度是(0.64±0.09)cm,其中男性是(0.61±0.07)cm,女性是(0.66±0.09)cm,两者之间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。所有参与者PRM的弹性模量是(36.09±6.89)kPa,其中男性是(35.68±7.64)kPa,女性是(36.29±6.54)kPa,两者之间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年龄组弹性模量值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同操作者对同一组参与者PRM弹性检测,组内相关系数为0.85。结论 SWE技术可以定量评估正常成人PRM的功能,为临床提供参考依据。Objective To assess the stiffness of the normal adult puborectalis muscle(PRM) using ultrasound shear wave elastography(SWE) and to investigate its clinical significance. Methods A prospective study of consecutive adult volunteers(n=126) at Sir Run Run Shaw hospital was conducted. And the elasticity value of the PRM was obtained and analyzed via SWE. Results The thickness of PRM was(0.64±0.09) cm of all the participants in this study, which showed no significant difference between genders [male(0.61±0.07) cm and female(0.66±0.09) cm], P>0.05. Besides, the shear wave elastic modulus for all the volunteers was figured out to be(36.09±6.89) kPa which had no significant difference between genders [male(35.68±7.64) kPa and female(36.29±6.54) kPa, P>0.05]. Similarly, there existed no distinct difference of the shear wave elastic modulus among different age groups. The intraclass correlation efficient of PRM elasticity measured by different sonographers for the same group of participants was 0.85. Conclusions SWE can serve as a reliable technique for the evaluation of PRM and is capable of providing objective and quantitative parameters for clinical diagnosis.
