摘　　要：目的探讨MP妊高征监测系统在妊娠期高血压疾病预测及预防中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月于漯河市医专第二附属医院分娩,且行常规定期血压检测、体质量监测干预的150例孕妇纳入对照组,选取2020年1月至2020年12月于漯河市医专第二附属医院分娩,且行MP妊高征监测系统干预的150例孕妇纳入观察组。观察两组妊娠期高血压疾病阳性检出率,分析两种干预方式对妊娠期高血压疾病的预测及预防的临床应用价值。结果观察组阳性检出率(12.00%,18/150)高于对照组(5.33%,8/150),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠期高血压疾病总发生率(33.33%,6/18)低于对照组(87.50%,7/8),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MP妊高征监测系统对妊娠期高血压患者具有较高预测价值,有助于早期发现疾病发展趋势,进而为临床早期实施预防及治疗干预措施提供有效依据。Objective hypertension monitoring system in the prediction and prevention of pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods A total of 150 pregnant women who delivered in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College from January 2019 to December 2019 and underwent routine regular blood pressure detection and weight detection intervention were included in the control group,and 150 pregnant women who delivered in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College from January 2020to December 2020 and underwent MP PIH monitoring system intervention were included in the observation group.The positive detection rates of pregnancy induced hypertension in the two groups were observed,and the clinical application value of the two intervention methods in the prediction and prevention of pregnancy induced hypertension were analyzed.Results The positive detection rate of the observation group(12.00%,18/150)was higher than that of the control group(5.33%,8/150),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of gestational hypertension in the observation group(33.33%,6/18)was lower than that in the control group(87.50%,7/8),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MP PIH monitoring system has high predictive value for patients with pregnancy induced hypertension,which is helpful to early find the development trend of the disease,and then provide an effective basis for early clinical prevention and treatment intervention.
