摘 要:目的研究在手术室专科护士培养中应用思维导图的效果。方法选取聊城市人民医院自愿参加手术室专科培训的30名护士作为分析对象,2019年12月前为培训前,为其开展为期1年(2019年12月-2020年12月)的手术室专科培训。对比培训前后专科技能得分、自我效能感及职业认同感评分、对培训模式的满意度。结果培训后专科技能得分、护士职业认同感评分、自我效能感评分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后护士对培训模式的满意度高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室专科护士培养过程中应用思维导图能够有效提高护士专科技能,提升护士职业认同感、自我效能感,提高护士对手术室专科培训模式的满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of applying mind mapping in the training of specialist nurses in operating rooms.Methods Thirty nurses from Liaocheng People's Hospital who volunteered to participate in the special training in the operating room were selected as the objects of analysis.Before the training,the special training in the operating room was carried out for them for one year(December 2019 to December 2020).Before and after the training,the scores of professional skills,self-efficacy and professional identity,and the satisfaction with the training mode were compared.Results The scores of specialty skills,nurses'professional identity and self-efficacy after training were significantly higher than those before training(P<0.05);The nurses'satisfaction with the training mode after training was higher than that before training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind mapping in the training process of specialist nurses in operating room can effectively improve nurses'technical skills,enhance nurses'sense of professional identity and self-efficacy,and increase nurses'satisfaction and recognition of the specialist training model in operating rooms.It is worthy of popularization and application.
