摘　　要：硫氨酯捕收剂是一类优良的硫化矿捕收剂。文章通过应用QC工具针对硫氨酯产业化过程中的含量提升进行相关的QC活动,通过实施QC活动达到切实提升硫氨酯产品质量,实现降本增效的目的。同时通过此次QC活动经验将对充分及完善的制度、标准化操作等加以总结和应用,在今后研发和生产过程中将一步推广应用,以充分发挥其指引作用和规范作用。The sulfide collector is a kind of excellent sulfide collector.In this paper,QC tools are used to carry out relevant QC activities for the content improvement in the process of thiourethane industrialization.Through the implementation of QC activities,the quality of thiourethane products can be effectively improved,and the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency increase can be realized.At the same time,through the QC activity experience,full and perfect system and standardized operation will be summarized and applied,in the future research and development and production process will be promoted and applied,in order to give full play to its guiding role and normative role.
