摘  要:针对西昌钢钒炼钢工序200t顶底复吹转炉锅炉活动烟罩故障率较高的问题,对其升降油缸密封圈易内泄、易碳化及活动烟罩下滑、倾斜、卡阻等进行了深入分析,通过活动烟罩的结构设计优化,从根本上改善升降油缸的工作环境,实现了油缸寿命周期的长寿化,在提高转炉煤气回收率的同时,大幅度降低了转炉活动烟罩的故障率。The fault rate of the movable hood of 200t TOP converter boiler was high in the steelmaking process of Xichang Steel&Vanadium Corporation.The seal ring of the lifting cylinder was liable to leak and carbonize,and the movable hood glided,tilted and jammed.A thorough analysis was carried out.Through optimizing the structure design of the movable hood,the work environment of the lifting cylinder is improved fundamentally,and along lifetime of oil cylinder isrealized.Thefailurerateofthe converter movable hood is decreased greatly while the recovery rateof gas is increased.
