摘　　要：针对攀钢提钒炼钢厂顶吹转炉的炉口更换施工中遇到的特殊问题,设计出了一种高效快速更换炉口的施工平台,解决了施工中工序复杂、作业时间长、安全风险大的难题,为其它类似行业提供了借鉴。A kind of operating platform with efficient and quick mouth changing is designed,aiming at the special problems encountered in the mouth changing of the top blown converter of Pansteel Vanadium Recovery and Steelmaking Plant.It has solved difficult problems in construction,such as complicated construction procedure,long operation time and big safety risk.It provides a reference for other similar industries.
