摘　　要：板坏结晶器宽边铜板在生产使用一段时间后,渣线处经常产生压坑、划伤等缺陷。这些铜板缺陷极有可能导致漏钢事故的发生。设计增加铜板防划伤装置,可有效杜绝此类缺陷,避免事故,确保生产。The slag line of the wide side copper plate of the mode often appears some defects after working a period of time,such as crater and scratch.These copper defects may cause steel breakout aci cident.It's designed to add scratch prevention device,which can effectively eliminate such defects,avoid accident and guarantee production.
