摘 要:为评估苯醚甲环唑在青豆(带荚)和大豆中的使用安全性,本研究采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析测定了我国多地青豆(带荚)和大豆中目标农药的残留水平,并对不同国家和组织的相关最大残留限量进行了比对分析。结果表明:在0.010~1.0mg/L范围内苯醚甲环唑的质量浓度与响应之间有良好的线性关系,R^(2)>0.99;在0.01~1.0mg/kg添加水平下,苯醚甲环唑在青豆(带荚)中回收率为79%~85%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.9%~7.8%;在大豆中的平均回收率为84%~96%,RSD为2.0%~7.2%,两种基质中定限量(LOQ)均为0.01mg/kg。在本试验GAP条件下,采样间隔为7、10、14d时在青豆(带荚)中的残留量分别为0.24~1.67mg/kg、0.21~1.89mg/kg、0.12~1.65mg/kg,在大豆中的残留量为<0.01~0.097mg/kg、<0.01~0.057mg/kg、<0.01~0.086mg/kg。试验结果为制定我国带荚青豆中苯醚甲环唑的限量提供数据支持,同时,通过与各国家与组织苯醚甲环唑的限量比对,对生产和贸易潜在风险提出建议。To assess the use safety and residue levels of difenoconazole in green soybean(with pods)and soybean,an analytical method based on ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)in the two matrices was developed.The linearity was satisfied(R^(2)>0.99)at the concentration range of 0.010~1.0 mg/L.At the spiked levels of 0.01~1.0 mg/kg,the average recoveries of difenoconazole varied between 79%~85% in green soybean with the relative standard deviation(RSD)ranging from 1.9%~7.8%;the average recoveries varied between 84%~96% in soybean with RSD in the range of 2.0%~7.2%.The limits of quantification(LOQ)in the two matrices were both 0.01mg/kg.When sampling intervals were 7d,10d and 14d under GAP conditions,the residue of difenoconazole was found to be 0.24~1.67mg/kg,0.21~1.89mg/kg and 0.12~1.65mg/kg in green soybean and was<0.01~0.097mg/kg,<0.01~0.057mg/kg and<0.01~0.086mg/kg in soybeans.The results provided data support for setting the maximum residue limit(MRL)of difenoconazole in green soybean(with pods)in China.Additionally,the MRLs of difenoconazole in the other commodities established by different countries and organizations were compared to provide suggestions for the potential risks.
