论新时代公安机关“精准思政”的三重意蕴

摘　　要：“精准思政”是新时代公安机关创新思想政治工作的有益尝试,包含三重意蕴:“精”在“精”细研判,这是新时代公安机关“精准思政”的重要方法,包括“精”获取和“细”分析,要求收集信息精心精要,分析信息细致细巧;“准”在“准”确发力,这是新时代公安机关“精准思政”的关键枢纽,包括找“准”重点和“确”定要点,要求遵循规律,改革创新;“思政”意指“思政”有效,这是新时代公安机关“精准思政”的主要目标,即提升公安思想政治工作的有效性,要求切实满足民警需求,有力推动公安队伍建设。The precise ideological and political work method is a good and innovative trial for relevant work in public security organs in the new era.It includes three implications.Be precise refers to precise analysis,which is an important instrument for the method.It requires precise access to information and prudent analysis.Being accurate refers to accurate practice,which is the essence of the the method.It requires to find the accurate problem and solution in an innovative way.Being ideological and political refers to the effectiveness.It requires to emphasize the effect of ideological work,to meet the needs of the police and to promote the team building.
