摘 要:针对常规阳极氧化法制备的TiO_(2)纳米管容易与基体分离,采用钛网代替常规的钛片作为电极,通过改变阳极氧化反应时间、电压以及两极间距来调节纳米管的制备量与脱落之间的矛盾关系,使纳米管的制备量最大化且脱落率最小化。采用正交试验对两极间距、电压和反应时间等条件进行了优化,确定了最佳的反应条件:两极距离为4 cm、电压为50 V、反应时间为8 h。实验结果显示,最佳条件下所制备的纳米管基本都附着于钛网上形成整体网式TiO_(2)纳米管,且纳米管的制备量较大。本研究对于纳米管催化剂在空气净化中的实际应用具有重要意义。TNAs prepared by common anodization are liable to peel off from the matrix.Thus titanium mesh was applied as the electrode instead of the common titanium sheet.The contradiction between TNAs amount and the abscission was adjusted by altering reaction time,voltage and the distance between two electrodes,aiming to obtain maximal amount and minimal abscission rate.The process conditions were optimized by orthogonal test.The optimal condition was determined:the distance between the two electrodes 4cm,voltage 50V and the reaction time 8h.The experimental results showed that proper amount was obtained and most of the prepared TNAs were attached to the mesh.This work is of great significance to the application of TNAs catalysts in air purification.
