摘　　要：俄罗斯与乌克兰冲突升级,从侧面印证中国民族区域自治制度完全符合中国统一的多民族国家基本国情。在分析俄罗斯文化政策、俄罗斯与中国文化交流合作现状、俄罗斯文化政策目前存在的问题的基础上,指出中国和俄罗斯将迎来新的发展机遇。中国已经开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程,中国民族自治地方文化政策要以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,涉俄政策可以更加开放,让每个民族、每个人都为中华民族伟大复兴贡献力量。The escalation of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine confirms that China’s regional national autonomy system is fully in line with China’s basic national conditions of a unified multi-ethnic country.Based on the analysis of Russa’s cultural policy,the current situation of cultural exchanges and cooperation with China and the existing problems of Russia’s cultural policy,the article points out that China and Russia will usher in new development opportunities.Today,China has embarked on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.The cultural policy of China’s national autonomous areas should focus on building a strong sense of the Chinese national community.The policies towards Russia can be more open,so that every nation and people can contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
