老年女性脑出血患者留置气囊导尿管发生漏尿的原因及护理对策分析

摘　　要：目的研究老年女性脑出血患者在留置气囊导尿管期间,引起漏尿的具体原因以及最佳护理对策。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院神经外科收治的80例老年女性脑出血留置气囊导尿管漏尿患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法将其分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。对照组患者采用常规导尿管护理方法,观察组患者采用专项护理方法。比较两组患者的并发症发生率、漏尿发生率,分析患者漏尿原因。结果导尿管漏尿多与生理功能减退、生理周期异常、心理排斥情绪、尿管操作不当、生活习惯不良有关。观察组的并发症总发生率为5.00%,漏尿发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的25.00%、70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年女性脑出血患者留置气囊导尿管护理中,采取专项护理对策能够降低并发症发生率与漏尿发生率,漏尿原因与患者个体因素及护理人员护理行为存在联系。Objective To study the specific causes of urinary leakage and the best nursing countermeasures in elderly female patients with cerebral hemorrhage during indwelling balloon catheter.Methods From January 2020 to June 2021,80 cases of elderly female cerebral hemorrhage patients with urinary leakage during indwelling balloon catheter admitted to Department of Neurosurgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China were selected as the research objects,according to the method of random lottery they were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases).The control group was given conventional catheter nursing method,the observation group was given special nursing method.The complication rate and urinary leakage rate were compared between the two groups,and the urinary leakage causes in patients were analyzed.Results Urinary catheter leakage was mostly related to physiological function decline,abnormal physiological cycle,psychological rejection,improper operation of the catheter,and poor living habits.The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,and the incidence of urinary leakage was 10.00%,which were lower than those in the control group for 25.00%and 70.00%,and the differences were statistically signi ficant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of elderly female patients with cerebral hemorrhage with indwelling balloon catheter,special nursing measures can reduce the complication rate and urinary leakage rate,and the causes of urinary leakage are often related to individual factors of patients and nursing behavior of nurses.
