听力复查儿童家长随访依从性调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨听力复查儿童随访依从性及其影响因素。方法选取2021年1月至10月第一次在常熟市妇幼保健院(常熟市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心)听力门诊进行听力筛查的820例婴幼儿,采用自行设计的调查问卷调查,内容包括孩子的出生情况、家庭情况、家长的认知意识等。结果73.85%的家庭依从性好,26.15%的家庭依从性差;听力随访依从性和父母文化程度、主要抚养人、家庭离医院的距离、患儿出生时的健康状况有关(P<0.05);在收集资料期间,对没有按时听力复查的通过发短信通知后,有64.28%的家庭前来复查听力,其他的通过电话沟通,基层医生督促,最后完成了听力复筛。结论多数家庭依从性良好,影响随访依从性的因素有主要抚养人、车程、孩子出生时的健康状况、家长的认知水平。Objective To explore the follow-up compliance of children with hearing re-examination and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 820 infants involved in initial hearing screening in the Hearing Clinic of Changshu Maternal and Child Health Hospital(Changshu Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center)from January to October 2021 were selected.A self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investigate the birth situation and family situation of children as well as the cognitive awareness of parents.Results The follow-up compliance of 73.85% of families was good and the follow-up compliance of 26.15% of families was poor.The followup compliance was related to the educational level of parents,main caregivers,the distance between families and hospitals and the health status of children at birth(P<0.05).During the data collection period,64.28% of families had their hearing re-examined after sending text messages,and the others communicated by telephone,supervised by the grassroots doctors,and finally completed the hearing re-examination.Conclusion The compliance of the most families is good.The factors influencing the follow-up compliance include main caregivers,driving distance,childrens’health status at birth and parents’cognitive level.
