摘　　要：从孟森《清史讲义》关于李长庚的事迹入手,综述了中国古代、近代海洋防污防腐涂料的使用情况,同时扩展到外国的相关技术,并引申出“4·18会战”的重要意义。Proceeding from the deeds of Li Changgeng in Meng Sen’s Lecture Notes on Qing History,this paper summarizes the use of marine anti-fouling and anti-corrosion coatings in China in ancient and modern times,extends to foreign related technologies at the same time,and introduces the important significance of the“April 18 Campaign”.
