摘  要:结合苏州某有机垃圾处理项目,本文分析厨余垃圾好氧微生物生化处理工艺的设计,分别介绍了该工艺的建筑布局、组成、系统设计、特点和适应性。生化处理机为该工艺的核心设备,其内置填料含有大量经特殊驯化培育的微生物菌群和辅酶,在32~35 ℃的好氧环境下,24 h内将有机质分解转化成废水,有机质减量率超过90%。废水采用气浮+高级氧化+生态式膜生物反应器(eMBR)组合工艺,处理后出水达到《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T 31962—2015),排入城市污水处理管网。该项目日处理厨余垃圾100 t,处理成本约为200元/t,耗电量为70~100 kW·h/t,耗水量为1.3 t/t。Combined with an organic waste treatment project in Suzhou,this paper analyzes the design of aerobic microbial biochemical treatment process for kitchen waste,and introduces the building layout,composition,system design,characteristics and adaptability of the process.The biochemical processor is the core equipment of the process,and its built-in filler contains a large number of microbial flora and coenzymes that have been specially domesticated and cultivated,under the aerobic environment of 32~35 ℃,the organic matter is decomposed and converted into wastewater within 24 h,and the organic matter reduction rate exceeds 90%.The wastewater adopts the combined process of air flotation + advanced oxidation + eco-membrane bioreactor (eMBR),after treatment,the effluent reaches the "Water Quality Standard for Sewage Discharged into Urban Sewers" (GB/T 31962—2015),and is discharged into the urban sewage treatment pipe network.The project treats 100 t of kitchen waste per day,the treatment cost is about 200 yuan/t,the electricity consumption is70~100 kW h/t,and the water consumption is 1.3 t/t.
