摘  要:我国每年有数亿台液晶显示器(LCD)被淘汰,未来十年有近10亿只冷阴极荧光灯管(CCFL)背光源进入报废阶段,其中含汞量超5 t。通过分析废弃CCFL背光源的结构和组分可知,CCFL主要由玻璃、塑料灯头、塑胶导线、铜制导线、电极、荧光粉和汞等组成,其中汞是最大的危害物质,其对环境和人体健康有很大的危害,若玻璃和塑胶导线等得不到安全处置,则可能造成环境危害。为此,本文提出了多级破碎分选和汞蒸馏的资源化回收和安全处理工艺。整个系统处于密封负压条件,可实现废旧CCFL背光源的玻璃、金属等的清洁回收,可确保汞被安全收集和处置。Hundreds of millions of liquid crystal displays (LCD) are eliminated every year in China,and nearly 1 billion cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL) backlights will enter the scrapping stage in the next decade,and the mercury content exceeds 5 t.By analyzing the structure and components of waste CCFL backlight sources,it can be seen that CCFL is mainly composed of glass,plastic lamp caps,plastic wires,copper wires,electrodes,phosphors and mercury,among which mercury is the most harmful substance,it is very harmful to the environment and human health,if glass and plastic wires are not safely disposed,it may cause environmental hazards.To this end,this paper proposes multi-stage crushing and sorting and mercury distillation for resource recovery and safe disposal processes.The whole system is in a sealed negative pressure condition,which can realize the clean recovery of glass,metal,etc.of waste CCFL backlight sources,and can ensure that mercury is collected and disposed of safely.
