摘　　要：我国建筑垃圾处置已取得积极成效,但政策结构有待优化,工程全生命周期建筑垃圾处置管理和资源化利用产业发展缓慢。新发展形势下,应推动建筑垃圾资源化利用向产业化发展,从源头上预防、过程中减量到拆除后资源化,有效减少工程全生命周期的建筑垃圾排放,不断推进工程建设可持续发展。China’s construction waste disposal has achieved positive results,but the policy structure needs to be optimized,and the development of construction waste disposal management and resource utilization industry in the whole life cycle of projects is slow.Under the new development situation,it is necessary to promote the development of construction waste resource utilization to industrialization,from prevention at the source,reduction in the process to recycling after demolition,effectively reducing the discharge of construction waste in the whole life cycle of the projects,and continuously promoting the sustainable development of the project construction.
