摘  要:为进一步消除湘江流域重金属污染,保护湘江水质,本工程对湖南省株洲市某锌厂废弃场地进行综合治理,共修复76 936 m^(3)污染土壤。据场地环境调查,厂界内重金属污染物主要有铅、镉、锌和砷,最大污染深度为9 m。上层(0.0~0.5 m)重金属总量和浸出浓度均超标的土壤采用异位固化/稳定化及填埋处置工艺进行双重保障,上层(0.0~0.5 m)仅重金属总量超标的土壤进行填埋处置,下层(0.5~9.0 m)仅重金属浸出浓度超标的土壤采用高压旋喷注浆法进行原位固化/稳定化处理。本工程的有效实施为湘江流域重金属污染土壤的综合治理提供技术参考。In order to further eliminate the heavy metal pollution in the Xiangjiang River Basin and protect the water quality of the Xiangjiang River,this project comprehensively rehabilitated the abandoned site of a zinc factory in Zhuzhou City,Hunan Province,and rehabilitated 76 936 m^(3) of contaminated soil.According to the site environmental survey,the heavy metal pollutants in the factory boundary mainly include lead,cadmium,zinc and arsenic,and the maximum pollution depth is 9 m.For the soil in the upper layer (0.0~0.5 m) where the total amount and the leaching concentration of heavy metals exceeded the standard,the ex-situ solidification/stabilization and landfill disposal processes were used for double protection,in the upper layer (0.0~0.5 m),only the soil with the total amount of heavy metals exceeding the standard should be landfilled,in the lower layer (0.5~9.0 m),only the soil with heavy metal leaching concentration exceeding the standard was in-situ solidification/ stabilization by high-pressure rotary jet grouting.The effective implementation of this project provides technical reference for the comprehensive treatment of heavy metal polluted soil in the Xiangjiang River Basin.
