摘 要:2018年1月1日,新修订的《中华人民共和国标准化法》正式实施,明确提出国家实行企业标准自我声明公开和监督制度。企业可根据需求自行制定所要执行的企业标准,并于企业标准信息公共服务平台进行公示。自此,企业标准蓬勃发展,但企业标准的质量却不能得到保障,存在为了制定标准而制定等问题。为了加强对企业标准的监管,提升企业标准质量,给政府有关部门开展各项监管工作和出台相关政策提供技术依据,本文总结我院多年的工作经验,从企业标准监督检查的原则、依据、机构和人员要求、流程和主要内容方面分析如何开展企业标准监督抽查。On January 1, 2018, the newly revised Standardization Law of the People’s Republic of China was officially implemented, which clearly proposed that the state implement the self declaration and supervision system of enterprise standards. Enterprises can formulate their own enterprise standards to be implemented according to their needs and publicize them on the enterprise standard information public service platform. Since then, enterprise standards have flourished, but the quality of enterprise standards can not be guaranteed. There are some problems, such as formulating standards for the purpose of formulating standards. In order to strengthen the supervision of enterprise standards, improve the quality of enterprise standards, and provide technical basis for relevant government departments to carry out various supervision work and issue relevant policies, this paper summarizes the work experience of our Institute for many years,and analyzes how to carry out enterprise standards supervision and random inspection from the aspects of principles,basis, institutional and personnel requirements, processes and main contents of enterprise standards supervision and inspection.
